Choose the correct Hardy Street office before sharing documents

Summit publishes two Hardy Street contacts, each with a different street number, suite and telephone. Choose the exact office before asking about documents or making a trip. Two offices of one operator do not by themselves provide two independent prices or approval decisions.

Bottom Dollar Payday is not the lender. This page helps prepare and compare decisions; it does not submit an application or access accounts or application records.

Summit’s two published Hattiesburg addresses

The operator lists both addresses on one page. Full weekly schedules were not provided; confirm the specific office rather than applying assumed brand-wide hours.

The map is requested from Google only after you press the button. It searches the displayed place or area; it does not verify a business profile or a license.

Start with the detail that could be mixed up

I know the brand but not the office

Compare 5064 Hardy Street, Suite 60 with 1900 Hardy Street, Suite D. Use the telephone printed beside your chosen address, not whichever number first appears in a search result. [MS24]

I am moving an existing conversation

Ask whether the other office can handle that request or account before duplicating a submission. Shared branding is not evidence that all records or payment tasks are interchangeable.

I need an amount and a repayment plan

Confirm whether the offer is payday or installment. Summit’s page names both, alongside check cashing; it does not supply your individual terms. [MS24]

Preserve the number and suite in the contact record

These postal addresses are supplied by the operator. This page has not performed an independent municipal-boundary survey or license check. Use the directions as an address search, not proof of a validated Google listing or confirmed opening.

Ask one office for a complete product record

Summit describes payday, installment and check-cashing services. [MS24] Ask the contact to provide the legal creditor, product type, net disbursement, all charges, repayment dates and any remaining balance.

Information to capture Why it belongs in the same record
Exact office and contact date Identifies which conversation produced the answer
Legal creditor and product Prevents a different agreement being substituted
Net proceeds and itemized charges Shows the money actually usable
Every payment and final payoff Prevents an initial installment hiding the balance
Secure document channel Identifies where the business asks you to submit evidence

Do not treat a second office number as proof that it is a different creditor or a competing quote.

Use Mississippi source material without confusing product categories

DBCF maintains separate consumer-finance licensing categories. [MS01] The regulator’s check-casher pamphlet is a dated resource describing the check-based product, not a universal price table for every service offered on Hardy Street.

Its worked example has $410 in cash, a $90 fee and a $500 check. [MS02] Ask for a current disclosure rather than assuming the example is the amount you will receive or owe. An installment proposal needs its actual schedule, not the check example divided into invented payments.

Separate reducing principal from paying another charge

DBCF’s pamphlet explains that a borrower cannot simply pay the fee to roll over the same check-based obligation. It also describes asking the lender about a payment plan. [MS02] That is not a guarantee that this operator will agree to your preferred schedule.

Ask what a proposed payment would change: principal, fees, maturity or nothing beyond a current charge. Obtain the answer in writing before relying on it. Do not label a verbal discussion as a modified contract.

Compare today’s shortfall with the amount due later

Illustration: a $320 expense minus $100 already available leaves a $220 gap. Borrowing $410 because it is the pamphlet’s example would exceed the present gap by $190; that extra amount is not needed merely because an example exists.

Now test repayment independently. $980 of reliable income minus $580 of essentials, $120 of other payments and $80 of reserve leaves $200. The payoff in any actual offer must be compared with that $200, including known charges. An advertised available amount does not determine what fits.

Close the loop with a record rather than a second application

After choosing the office, retain its address, the documents requested, the method of submission and the remaining decision stage. Bottom Dollar does not receive documents, send an application or look up a customer record at Summit. [MS24]

If no workable agreement is offered, ask the original bill issuer about an arrangement. The CFPB identifies creditor negotiation as one possible alternative. [HM03] For an existing loan, continue with the creditor that holds it and preserve all receipts; a general directory cannot authorize another office to accept payment.

Questions before continuing

Do two Summit offices guarantee different offers?

No. The operator lists two addresses; neither a separate creditor nor independent pricing is established by that fact.

Which office is open Saturday?

The reviewed page did not publish full weekly hours for either. Ask the exact office instead of inferring a common schedule.

Does the directory know whether another office can take my payment?

No. Confirm account handling directly with the creditor before traveling or sending money.
