Work out what your last loan message actually confirms

Start with the last confirmation you actually received. A receipt, a referral, a credit decision and a transfer notice answer different questions—and may come from different companies.

Bottom Dollar Payday is not the lender. This page helps prepare and compare decisions; it does not submit an application or access accounts or application records.

Submission receipt

A recipient recorded a submission

Is it complete and who holds it?

Matched or referred

A service produced a next step

Which creditor will review it?

Additional information needed

A stated requirement is outstanding

What document and secure destination?

Find who to ask about the next step

This selector does not retrieve records or request a reference number, phone number or identity. Describe the message you already have.

Method, privacy and limits

The result is a stage explanation, not a retrieved status. Selecting sent reflects your message, not bank confirmation. Answers are neither transmitted nor stored.

Choose the issue, not a guessed status

You heard nothing after submitting

Locate the submission receipt and named recipient. Open that company’s official support route independently. Ask whether it received a complete request and whether any action is outstanding; do not assume silence means approval.

You received conflicting messages

Keep the sender, time and purpose of each message. A referral service saying “matched” can coexist with a creditor asking for documents. Determine which company issued the latest credit decision.

Someone requests money to resolve the delay

Pause and verify. Paying to guarantee a loan or unlock a promised approval is a warning sign. Do not let urgency replace checking the sender and written terms. [F09]

Read confirmation literally

Use this table to decide what has been established and what remains unknown. The page is a support guide, not access to a lender system.

Message What it may confirm What to ask next
Submission receipt A recipient recorded a submission Is it complete and who holds it?
Matched or referred A service produced a next step Which creditor will review it?
Additional information needed A stated requirement is outstanding What document and secure destination?
Offer or conditional approval Proposed terms or a conditional decision Is acceptance or verification still needed?
Funds sent Claimed release of a transfer Which rail, reference and available date?

Find the company that controls the next action

A lead generator may not be the creditor. Identify the operator named in the receipt and the creditor named in any offer before deciding whom to contact. A different company may hold the later application record. [F05]

Use a known official site or agreement contact, not only a phone number inserted in a new message. This guide cannot forward the case or authenticate a sender for you.

Make a support request easy to answer

Keep reference information privately and give it only through the verified support process. Ask a bounded question rather than sending the whole application again.

Issue Useful question Avoid sending initially
No receipt Did you receive a submission at this time? Unrequested identity attachments
Missing documents Which exact document and date range remain? Every bank statement you possess
Accepted offer, no transfer Has the creditor released funds? Online banking password
Transfer sent, no usable balance What method and reference can the bank trace? Security codes from another message

Treat no match and credit denial differently

A referral service’s no-match message is not automatically the creditor’s denial. If the creditor actually rejects an application, read its adverse-action notice and the stated reasons or method to obtain them. Where a credit report was used, the notice includes information about obtaining a free report within 60 days and addressing errors. [F13]

Review the issue before sending repeated applications. This page does not delete inquiries, reverse a decision or promise another provider will accept you.

Check whether timing still solves the original expense

Once the provider supplies an arrival window, compare its latest date with your bill deadline. Do not count a pending or approved amount as available cash. If the window does not fit, ask the biller about an arrangement rather than relying on an unconfirmed transfer. ACH settlement timing is distinct from a lender’s release and the bank’s usable balance. [F03]

Keep the outcome of each contact

Record the date, support reference, outstanding task and expected next confirmation stated by the company. Do not invent a universal response deadline from this guide. If the financial-product issue remains unresolved, use the relevant regulator or CFPB complaint channel; the official sources below provide entry points. A complaint does not itself change the application or repayment schedule. [F12]

Questions before continuing

Can I enter my application number to check it here?

No. This page has no application-record connection and deliberately has no field for your application number or identity.

Why does a website say approved while the lender asks for documents?

Read each message’s issuer and conditions. A headline or referral result is not necessarily an unconditional creditor decision. Ask the actual creditor what remains.

Should I apply again while waiting?

First confirm who has the request and what is missing. Another submission can duplicate records or create new data sharing without resolving the original issue.
