Loans will generally be due on your next payday that falls between 8 to 31 days away.
Loan Costs
The total number of payments and APR will vary with each loan based on the amount borrowed and the loan term or time needed to pay-off. Missed payments due to Non-Sufficient Funds or by the decision of your financial institution to dishonor the charge will be subject to a fee of $25 and will be added to any outstanding loan balance after 3 business days. Below are examples of the payment schedule if minimum payments are made until the loan is paid in full. This is an expensive way to pay off a loan and you can greatly reduce the total cost of your loan by paying it off on your first due date or making additional payments between due dates. There is no penalty for early payment.

Your full payment schedule will be included in your loan agreement and will include the maximum number of payments you could have and includes payment due dates and amounts.

Annual Percentage Rate
The APR is the cost of your loan expressed as a yearly rate. The above APRs are based on example loan terms of one payment ("Check Amount") due in 8 to 31 days. The APR will increase if the actual loan term is shorter than these examples, and will decrease if your loan term is longer.

To use the service, you must complete one or more online application forms that request specific information from you, including, but not limited to, your name, address, telephone number, email address, social security number, banking account information, and employment information. BottomDollarPayday.com’s collection and use of this information is subject to this site's Privacy Policy. In order to use this web site or the service, you must agree to the separate terms and conditions set forth in the Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
Once a consumer submits the application form(s) to BottomDollarPayday.com, BottomDollarPayday.com shares your information with one or more participating lenders. By submitting the application form(s), you understand and agree that you are submitting an inquiry about a loan product to BottomDollarPayday.com and each of the participating lenders to whom BottomDollarPayday.com transmits your loan request. By submitting the application form(s), you are extending an express invitation to BottomDollarPayday.com and each of the participating lenders with whom your information is shared to contact you by any means (including, without limitation, email, telephone, and direct mail) so that they may assist you with your transaction or provide information to you about additional offers in which you may be interested.
Participating lenders who receive your application information from BottomDollarPayday.com review your information in real-time to determine whether your information meets the lender's loan qualification criteria. Participating lenders may, among other things, verify your social security number, perform a credit check, and review your information against national databases (such as Teletrack, DP Bureau or DataX) that tracks consumer transactions with lending institutions. By submitting the application form(s), you agree to allow participating lenders to review, verify, and research your information in such manner.
If a participating lender determines that your application meets its loan qualification criteria, the BottomDollarPayday.com web site will open a new web page identifying the name(s) and contact information of the lender(s), or redirect your browser to the lender's web site. You understand and agree that, once you have been redirected to the lender's web site, BottomDollarPayday.com has no further involvement in the loan application or approval process. Your subsequent interactions with the lender are subject to privacy policy, terms of use, and other policies and/or terms enforced by that lender.

YOU ALSO GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN OR BRING CLASS ACTIONS. YOUR RIGHTS WILL BE DETERMINED BY NEUTRAL ARBITRATORS AND NOT A JUDGE OR JURY. In the event the arbitration provisions herein become inapplicable or unenforceable, or in any instance of any lawsuit between you and BottomDollarPayday.com, you agree that jurisdiction over and venue of any suit shall be exclusively in the Federal Court of South Dakota. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the services must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
It is the policy of the FSST Financial Services, LLC. to prohibit and actively monitor for the prevention of money laundering and any activity that facilitates money laundering or the funding of terrorist and/or criminal activities by complying with all applicable requirements under the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and its implementing regulations.
The FSST Financial Services, LLC AML policies, procedures and internal controls are designed to ensure compliance with all applicable BSA regulations rules and will be reviewed and updated on a regular basis to ensure appropriate policies, procedures and internal controls are in place to account for both changes in regulations and changes in the FSST Financial Services, LLC, dba BD PDL Services business.
Notice: Loan payments can made through various third party payment processors using any of the following options; ACH bank draft, remotely generated check, or debit/credit card(s) tied to the account in which the loan proceeds were funded.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BottomDollarPayday.com. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If any part of these Terms is determined unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, then the invalid and unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid and enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of these Terms shall remain in effect. Any failure by BottomDollarPayday.com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. BottomDollarPayday.com may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on its web site. All amended terms are automatically effective immediately, upon posting.
BottomDollarPayday.com does not provide payday loan services to those who live in the following states: Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Massachusetts, Maryland, Missouri, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, Washington and West Virginia.
