Paperless Loans: Track Documents and Permissions in a Digital Request

Complete a digital loan request without losing track of the evidence

Paperless describes how information and agreements are handled. It does not mean no documents, no verification or guaranteed approval. Use this checklist to prepare a digital request, resolve an upload problem and retain a clear record of what you agree to.

Bottom Dollar Payday is a product of FSST Financial Services, LLC, not a lender. An independent provider processes the application; terms and availability depend on the provider.

  1. Choose your amount

Start with your cash need and repayment.

  2. Complete the application

Continue to the provider’s online form.

  3. Review any offer

Check the cost and dates before accepting.

Identity evidence

Legible image, correct person, requested details

Which alternative document is accepted?

Income records

Required dates and identifiable source

What is accepted for variable or non-payroll income?

Account evidence

Actual owner and the specified information

Is a statement allowed instead of a connection?

Where are you in the digital process?

Prepare only what the verified provider asks for. This page accepts no documents.

I am preparing documents

Request the accepted formats, date ranges and alternatives for your income type. Keep complete, legible originals rather than assuming any screenshot or cropped image will satisfy the request.

An upload or account connection failed

Record the error without exposing sensitive data. Confirm the approved alternative channel and whether the provider actually received anything before uploading again.

I am reviewing an agreement

Compare the final amounts and schedule with the offer you expected. Separate delivery of electronic records, access to financial data and repayment permissions. Save the documents before accepting.

Prepare a document pack with a purpose for every item

General qualification guidance includes identity and income checks; a digital process does not remove those requirements. [R01] Requirements vary by provider and product, so obtain its checklist before sending files.

Item requested What to check before sending Question if it does not fit
Identity evidence Legible image, correct person, requested details Which alternative document is accepted?
Income records Required dates and identifiable source What is accepted for variable or non-payroll income?
Account evidence Actual owner and the specified information Is a statement allowed instead of a connection?
Supporting explanation Consistent dates and amounts Can the provider clarify the apparent discrepancy?

On a narrow screen, scroll inside the table to see every column.

Do not edit figures or remove a page that changes the meaning of a record. Ask before redacting requested information; privacy choices and acceptance requirements need a clear answer.

Verify the destination before the upload

Open the provider through a known, independently checked address rather than following an unexpected text or email link. FTC guidance recommends verifying suspicious requests through contact information you already know is genuine. [R09]

Check who receives the information and why. A comparison website, lead recipient and actual lender may be different parties. Do not assume a familiar logo establishes the recipient’s identity. If the request changes to a new domain, email or messaging account, verify the change before continuing.

A lock icon or a successful upload is not evidence of approval, a licence or a suitable loan. The destination must be legitimate and the request relevant to the real application.

Keep upload status separate from lending status

A file may be uploaded but unreadable, received but awaiting review, or reviewed with additional questions. Those states are not a loan offer.

Visible or reported status What it can establish Next useful action
Upload completed A transfer step finished Keep the receipt or reference
Document received Provider acknowledges the file Ask whether it is readable and complete
More information needed A review issue remains Resolve the exact missing item
Offer available Terms are proposed Review disclosures and remaining conditions
Funds sent Disbursement was initiated Confirm receiving-side availability

On a narrow screen, scroll inside the table to see every column.

If the status is unclear, ask about that stage rather than starting a second application. Avoid sending duplicate sensitive files to unverified addresses simply to get a faster response.

Read each permission for what it actually does

Electronic record delivery is not the same decision as permission to access transactions or withdraw payments. Identify which document covers each function, which party receives permission and the duration or relevant conditions stated in it.

Before signing, read the final principal, net disbursement, APR, fees, payment dates, total repayment and the process for questions or disputes. If the screen shows terms different from the earlier offer, pause and resolve that difference. A faster signing process is not a reason to skip the obligation.

Keep a usable copy of the agreement, disclosures and any confirmation. Verify that a downloaded file opens and contains the expected pages, not merely a link to a portal that may later change.

Recover from a failed step safely

For unreadable files, ask for the required orientation, format and size before taking a clearer copy. For an incomplete statement, obtain the requested period from the original source. For a failed bank connection, ask whether the provider supports another verification method; do not assume one exists.

Record the specific error, time and application reference without including passwords or complete account numbers in ordinary email. Do not let an unknown person remotely control your device to repair a loan upload. When the provider’s approved channel remains unavailable, ask how that affects the request and deadline.

Finish with a complete record, not just a submitted screen

Your record should show what was requested, what you supplied, the provider’s acknowledgment, the final terms and the accepted version of the agreement. Keep repayment instructions and verified contact details accessible separately from promotional messages.

Use the no-pay-stub page for alternative income records and the direct-deposit page for delivery questions after approval. Paperless processing changes the medium, not the need to verify the provider and understand the contract. Nothing on this page submits a credit request.

Questions before your next step

Does paperless mean I will not need income documents?

No. It describes the medium. The provider can still request income or identity evidence and can decide the information is insufficient.

Is an upload receipt proof of approval?

No. It can acknowledge a file transfer or receipt, not completed underwriting or a funded loan.

Can I continue after the offered terms change?

Read the updated disclosures and resolve the difference first. Do not accept based only on an earlier screen or advertisement.
