Western Avenue or Asheville Highway: compare the balance, not the banner

The selected Knoxville branch pages show a line of credit, although you may have found them while searching for payday loans. Confirm the agreement and the cost of the amount actually drawn. Both branches publish a short Saturday window.

Bottom Dollar Payday is not the lender. This page helps prepare and compare decisions; it does not submit an application or access accounts or application records.

The branch product panel—not generic site-wide marketing—determines the product description used here. Neither card is a personal offer.

The map is requested from Google only after you press the button. It searches the displayed place or area; it does not verify a business profile or a license.

Choose the comparison that fits your account

I am considering my first draw

Write the amount of cash actually needed beside the advertised credit limit. You do not need to treat the limit as the intended draw. Ask what charges accrue on the balance.

I want to pay the minimum

Ask how much of that payment reduces principal after charges. A minimum due and a payoff amount answer different questions, especially on open-end credit. [TN05]

I can visit only on Saturday

Both selected branch pages publish 10 a.m.–2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday closure. Ask about the intake cutoff before assuming the full four-hour window is available for a new application. [TN24] [TN25]

Use the actual street and suite

Location Telephone Published weekday / Saturday
4419 Western Ave, Ste 104 + 105 (865) 544-4139 10 a.m.–6 p.m. / 10 a.m.–2 p.m. [TN24]
4222 Asheville Hwy (865) 633-4924 10 a.m.–6 p.m. / 10 a.m.–2 p.m. [TN25]

The Western Avenue suite belongs in the saved address. Confirm whether an existing online request can be completed at the chosen branch and whether any documents must arrive before your visit. The directory gives neither a live queue nor a travel-time estimate.

Treat the line of credit as its own agreement

Both specific product panels describe a Tennessee line of credit. [TN24] [TN25] TDFI’s flex-credit overview describes open-end plans that may not have a fixed maturity. [TN05]

Term to request Why it changes the decision
Amount drawn The cash actually borrowed may be smaller than the limit
Interest and customary fees A headline interest percentage may not describe all charges
Payment allocation Determines how much principal remains after paying
Dated payoff Shows the amount needed to finish on a chosen date

No provider APR has been inferred from the brand name or from a different lender’s calculator.

Work through one payment without assuming it ends the debt

Illustrative accounting only: begin with $300 principal, add $28 in charges, and make a $90 payment. If the agreement applies $28 to those charges and $62 to principal, $238 principal remains. A $90 payment has not reduced principal by $90.

Actual charges and allocation depend on the agreement. The example exposes the question you need answered; it is not a simulation of either branch’s pricing. Ask for the next statement balance before planning another draw.

Test a no-new-draw path

For a clear comparison, first model the account without further borrowing. Suppose the next two payments are $90 each, but you plan another $100 draw between them. The payment total alone no longer describes progress toward finishing; that extra draw replenishes principal and may change future charges.

Record each draw, each charge and each payment on separate dates. If the balance only falls when you exclude necessary repeat borrowing, the underlying shortfall remains unresolved. Compare that path with a bill arrangement or a different repayment structure.

Use the Saturday call to remove one uncertainty

Before travelling, ask which documents are still missing, which product is offered and whether the money can reach the required destination after all steps are complete. The published hours support contacting the branch, not a same-day-funding guarantee. [TN24]

If the deadline is that afternoon, keep an alternative for the bill until funds are available. A completed form, an appointment and an approved agreement are three different milestones. Do not schedule spending against the earliest unconfirmed milestone.

Check the creditor and the exit route

A license lookup should match the legal operator, activity and relevant location. TDFI’s licensing overview is a starting route; it does not certify the contacts listed on this page. [TN05]

Before accepting, ask how to obtain a payoff quote and whether payment in full closes only the balance or also the credit facility. Preserve the final receipt. When the proposed schedule does not fit, the budget and repayment-help pages provide another action path without sending a loan request.

Questions before continuing

Are these two traditional payday quotes?

No. The branch product panels read in this review show a line of credit. Confirm the agreement before using payday arithmetic.

Will every dollar I pay reduce principal?

Not necessarily. Ask how interest, fees and principal are allocated under the specific agreement.

Are both stores open late on Saturday?

They publish Saturday 10 a.m.–2 p.m., not late-night service. Confirm holiday and intake changes. [TN24] [TN25]
