Compare what a Kenosha loan delivers before comparing its limit

Start with the money that would actually reach you and whether a vehicle or other property is involved. The selected Kenosha sources describe installment/title options, while Advance America labels FlexFund as online. They are not evidence of two verified in-store payday lenders.

Bottom Dollar Payday is not the lender. This page helps prepare and compare decisions; it does not submit an application or access accounts or application records.

22nd Avenue and 75th Street: check the product first

The cards preserve each operator’s published address, local phone and hours. A general reference to payday in marketing is not a substitute for the branch’s specific product and channel information.

The map is requested from Google only after you press the button. It searches the displayed place or area; it does not verify a business profile or a license.

Which difference could change your choice?

The advertised loan amount is larger than the cash I receive

Ask whether a fee is withheld from the advance. Compare net proceeds with all repayments and separate upfront payments; do not compare face amounts alone.

A vehicle title is part of one proposal

Ask what is pledged, whether possession or use is affected and what could happen after nonpayment. Compare those obligations separately from an unsecured installment proposal. [W17]

I want FlexFund at the counter

The 75th Street page identifies installment loans as online or in store and FlexFund as online. Confirm the actual channel before planning a branch visit for that product. [W18]

LendNation lists 9:00 am–6:00 pm weekdays; Advance America lists 10:00 am–6:00 pm. Both list Sunday closure. An online product may use a different application process; these hours do not establish continuous underwriting or funding. [W17] [W18]

Compare equal net cash rather than unequal face amounts

The following hypothetical proposals both provide $950 net. Assume that all repayment charges are already included in the total and no separate upfront payment applies. Neither proposal is an offer from a listed business.

Illustrative proposal A B
Face principal $1,000 $950
Fee withheld from proceeds $50 $0
Net cash received $950 $950
Total repayments $1,200 $1,235
Total repayments minus net cash $250 $285

A’s total above net cash is $250, not $200; the withheld fee matters. Do not add its $50 again to the $250 result, because the net-cash comparison already captures it. Under these assumptions B costs $35 more, but dates, term and security can still change the practical comparison.

Ask the security questions before signing

LendNation’s branch title includes title lending; that does not mean every proposal from that office is secured or that every applicant should use a vehicle. Ask which contract you are being offered and obtain the security agreement when one applies. [W17]

Record the collateral, any lien, insurance-related requirement and the stated consequences of default. Ask whether optional products can be declined and obtain their separate price. A cheaper total in the arithmetic table does not resolve a risk attached to essential property.

Do not import payday-specific limits into another contract

Wisconsin DFI’s payday FAQ describes limits and charges for that legally defined product. Its aggregate ceiling includes principal, interest and fees and uses the lesser of $1,500 or 35% of gross monthly income. It does not establish a universal limit for the installment or title proposals on this page. [W01]

Identify the legal lender and ask for the disclosures appropriate to its actual product. A generic “cash advance” description, a card account and a secured loan are not interchangeable simply because they all involve access to money.

Compare the payment with room left after essentials

For a separate budget illustration, $2,600 monthly usable income minus $1,900 of essentials, $350 of existing payments and a $150 reserve leaves $200. A proposed $180 payment leaves $20; an unexpected $60 essential expense changes that to a $40 shortage. These figures are not store terms.

Test the full schedule, including any different last payment, not just the regular amount. If a vehicle is essential for earning income, do not omit its running costs merely because it is also discussed as loan security.

Choose a documented next step instead of a higher limit

Ask the selected provider for an explanation of net proceeds, total payments, dates, fees and collateral before deciding. If terms are incomplete, pause the comparison rather than filling gaps from another lender’s advertisement.

For an existing debt, use the current creditor’s support details and ask for the balance or payoff amount. For a bill not yet financed, investigate a confirmed payment arrangement. This directory submits no application, does not collect titles or documents and cannot establish approval.

Questions before continuing

Is FlexFund confirmed as an in-store product here?

No. The reviewed 75th Street product section labels it online, while installments are labeled online or in store. [W18]

Why is proposal A’s modeled cost $250?

It repays $1,200 after receiving $950 net: $1,200 minus $950 equals $250. Adding the withheld $50 again would double count it.

Are these two verified Kenosha payday counters?

No. The selected sources establish contacts and installment/title or online product descriptions, not two verified in-store payday providers. [W17] [W18]
