A “payday loans near me” result can lead to a different product. The selected Milwaukee sources identify installment loans, with title lending also named by LendNation. This page provides two real published loan contacts; it does not claim to have verified two in-store payday providers.
Bottom Dollar Payday is not the lender. This page helps prepare and compare decisions; it does not submit an application or access accounts or application records.

Check the product shown on the agreement before applying payday rules. These businesses are not Bottom Dollar branches. Current licensing, exact municipal boundaries and live service availability have not been independently confirmed.

The map is requested from Google only after you press the button. It searches the displayed place or area; it does not verify a business profile or a license.
Collect net proceeds, every scheduled payment, payment count and any extra charge. A lower monthly payment can still accompany a higher total paid; compare the same amount received.
Ask whether the proposal is secured, which vehicle or title would be pledged and what nonpayment could mean for it. Do not compare it with an unsecured product using the monthly payment alone. [W11]
| Contact | Product evidence | Saturday hours |
|---|---|---|
| LendNation, 8360 W Brown Deer Rd | Branch title identifies installment/title lending | 9:00 am–1:00 pm [W11] |

Both list Sunday closure. Brown Deer opens at 9:00 am on weekdays and South Layton at 10:00 am; both publish 6:00 pm weekday closing. Ask about the transaction cutoff rather than treating the whole window as a funding promise. [W11] [W12]
Consider two purely hypothetical schedules that each provide $1,000 net and include all modeled costs in their payments. Schedule A has twelve $105 payments; schedule B has eighteen $85 payments. Neither is an available offer from the listed stores.
| Same $1,000 received | Schedule A | Schedule B |
|---|---|---|
| Regular payment | $105 | $85 |
| Payment count | 12 | 18 |
| Total payments | $1,260 | $1,530 |
| Total above net proceeds | $260 | $530 |
Schedule B lowers the regular payment by $20 but increases total paid by $270 and adds six payments. The table does not calculate APR. Compare dates, any upfront charges, variable terms or collateral separately; equal totals are not proof of equal risk.
Wisconsin DFI describes a payday-specific aggregate ceiling based on the lesser of $1,500 or 35% of gross monthly income, including principal, interest and fees within its stated scope. It is not a blanket installment-loan limit. [W01]
At a hypothetical $1,800 gross monthly income, 35% is $630. A modeled $550 principal plus $80 of charges totals $630. Treating $630 as principal and adding fees would not reproduce that ceiling calculation. This is an explanation of the rule’s base, not approval or a proposed price.
With $2,200 of usable monthly income, $1,680 of essentials, $280 of existing payments and a $150 reserve, the illustrative margin is $90. The $105 payment in schedule A exceeds it by $15. Schedule B’s $85 leaves only $5; that narrow remainder does not establish that a loan is suitable.
List irregular bills as well as recurring ones. An annual bill arriving during the loan term can change the result even when the first month looks manageable. A worksheet cannot replace the real dates and costs in a lender’s disclosure.
The South Layton page describes identification, income, a working telephone and checking-account evidence for its process. Verify the current document requirements with that store and ask LendNation for its own list; one operator’s conditions do not become the other’s. [W12]
Ask when a credit inquiry occurs and what information is shared. Do not turn a brand’s general speed or credit-score wording into a guarantee for your request. The directory sends no application and does not check whether either lender has an offer for you.
Continue to an identified provider only after the product, net money, payment schedule, total paid and any security requirement are clear. If the monthly room is too small, compare an actual bill arrangement or another documented option instead of assuming a longer term fixes the problem.
For a payment already due, contact the creditor’s account-support route. These selected business contacts are useful starting points, but they do not prove the account is serviced at either address or allow this website to modify its terms.
No such conclusion is made. First identify the legal product. The cited DFI rule has a payday-specific scope. [W01]
No. Under the stated illustration, it has $1,530 total payments versus $1,260 for schedule A. Neither schedule is an offer.
