Match the Evansville counter, payment date and receipt

Choose the right Evansville counter and make the due date part of the decision. The selected stores publish the same weekly schedule, so a different address does not create extra repayment time. For an existing balance, bring the account details and ask how a payment will be recorded.

Bottom Dollar Payday is not the lender. This page helps prepare and compare decisions; it does not submit an application or access accounts or application records.

Burkhardt Road and East Diamond Avenue

These are published operator contacts, not Bottom Dollar offices. The Diamond Avenue page has an inconsistent automated hours banner; its detailed weekly table is shown with that limitation, not as a live open-now status.

The map is requested from Google only after you press the button. It searches the displayed place or area; it does not verify a business profile or a license.

New request or payment on an existing loan?

I am choosing where to start a new request

Use 619 N Burkhardt Road, Suite B or 630 E Diamond Avenue with the matching telephone. Ask about document completion and the actual payout method before relying on a visit. [I15] [I16]

I need to make a payment

Check which location or account channel can accept it and obtain a receipt showing the amount and remaining balance. A store’s business hours do not identify the payment instructions for your agreement. [I01]

The website says a different opening time

For Diamond Avenue, the automatic banner conflicts with the detailed schedule. Call the store; do not use the conflicting banner to infer overnight access, closure or a guaranteed transaction window. [I16]

Use the full weekly schedule, then confirm the transaction

Contact Monday–Friday Saturday / Sunday

The detailed tables are published schedules, not real-time availability. Ask whether loan review, document submission or account payments require an earlier arrival. If a source or telephone answer changes the hours, use the provider’s confirmed schedule rather than the date of this page.

Place income and obligations on the same calendar

Write down when money is actually expected to be usable, not only the employer’s payroll date. Then list rent, utilities, other debt and the proposed loan payment before the next income arrives. An approved request and a posted bank deposit are separate events.

For a hypothetical period, $1,500 expected before repayment minus $900 of essentials, $180 of existing obligations and a $120 reserve leaves $300. A payment of $677 would be short by $377. Money arriving after the due date should not be silently used to make that earlier payment look affordable.

Reproduce a $600 fee example without a flat-rate shortcut

Indiana’s published small-loan tiers produce $37.50 on the first $250, $19.50 on the next $150 and $20.00 on the remaining $200 of a $600 principal. The modeled charge is $77.00 and principal plus charge is $677.00. This is not an available offer or an eligibility decision. [I01] [I02]

Illustrative component Calculation Amount
First tier 250 × 15% $37.50
Second tier 150 × 13% $19.50
Third tier 200 × 10% $20.00
Total charge 37.50 + 19.50 + 20 $77.00
Principal plus modeled charge 600 + 77 $677.00

The income and aggregate restrictions in the pamphlet remain separate tests. Obtain the provider’s current disclosures, including net proceeds and payment date, instead of using this example as a store price.

Ask what a partial payment changes—and what it does not

The DFI pamphlet describes the ability to make partial payments without a penalty. Keep a receipt and ask for the creditor’s updated balance and remaining due date. Do not assume that paying part automatically extends the rest or constitutes a new contract. [I01]

As an arithmetic illustration only, a $100 payment fully applied to a $677 balance would leave $577 if no other adjustment applies. The creditor’s actual allocation and balance record control your account; the directory cannot verify either.

Keep documents tied to the correct account and provider

For a new application, confirm the required identification, income evidence, bank information and existing-loan details directly with the selected operator. For servicing, use the account number and contact information from your agreement; do not submit a new loan request merely to ask about a payment.

Ask who receives any uploaded documents and how to obtain a copy of the signed agreement. This page accepts no loan-application documents and does not report whether a provider has approved, declined or funded a request.

Resolve an impossible date before adding another obligation

If the usable-income date cannot cover the contractual payment, contact the existing creditor about applicable arrangements. The state pamphlet describes consumer protections, but it does not make every requested extension available. [I01]

For an unpaid bill rather than a loan, ask its issuer about a documented payment arrangement and compare its real cost with any credit proposal. Count assistance only after its amount and timing are confirmed. A later promise is not cash available for today’s obligation.

Questions before continuing

Is the Diamond Avenue store open around the clock?

That is not established. The selected page’s detailed schedule differs from an automated banner. The card uses the weekly table and asks you to confirm with the store. [I16]

Does a partial payment automatically postpone the due date?

Do not assume so. Ask the creditor for the updated balance and contractual payment date and retain the receipt. [I01]

Can this page show my Check Into Cash balance?

No. It is a directory and decision page, not an account portal. Use the identified creditor’s account or service channel.
