For a Texas short-term borrowing request, the storefront and the creditor may be different businesses. Start with the published contacts below, then ask who arranges the credit, who lends, and what each party charges.
Bottom Dollar Payday is not the lender. This page helps prepare and compare decisions; it does not submit an application or access accounts or application records.

Who advances the money and holds the debt?
Each debit or other payment
Which party receives it and when?
Filter the selected contacts by their actual municipality. Call before travel, particularly where a source has conflicting address details. Published hours do not establish today’s application cutoff.
Separate the amount advanced, the CAB service charge, the creditor’s interest and any other stated charge. Compare the total dollars against the payment dates, not one rate shown in isolation. [TX01]
Ask for the legal creditor named in the agreement. A credit-access business can arrange credit from a third-party lender; its storefront branding alone does not identify that lender. [TX01]
The Texas Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner describes credit-access businesses, or CABs, as businesses that help consumers obtain payday or auto-title credit from a third-party lender. The service role matters: a CAB charge and a creditor charge need to be understood together rather than treated as competing descriptions of one price. [TX01]

| Creditor | Legal lender named in the credit agreement | Who advances the money and holds the debt? |
| Payment schedule | Each debit or other payment | Which party receives it and when? |
| Renewal proposal | New charges and remaining principal | Does this payment actually reduce what I owe? |
This page does not confirm any listed operator’s current license. Use the OCCC route for the relevant activity and match the legal entity, address and status—not just a similar trading name. A license lookup is a separate step from opening a map.
The directory contains one Fort Worth contact and one Grand Prairie contact. It is not a complete Texas inventory. In the Fort Worth source, the written page and embedded map disagree on ZIP or suite details; the card therefore does not combine those fields into a supposedly verified full address. Resolve the exact premises with the published telephone before setting out. [TX02]
| City you searched | Contact coverage in this selection | Practical next action |
|---|---|---|
| Houston | No in-city contact established here | Use the regulator and a first-party branch locator |
| San Antonio | No in-city contact established here | Confirm a local branch’s exact address and product |
| Dallas | Grand Prairie is listed separately, not as Dallas | Decide whether that different municipality is suitable |
| Fort Worth | One published contact; address-detail conflict remains | Call to confirm ZIP, suite and current service |
Illustrative comparison, not a Texas rate quote: a transaction advances $400, adds an $80 service charge and $4 of creditor interest, and requires $484 in total repayment. The $84 difference matters even if a headline emphasizes only the $4. If a charge is retained from the advance, the net cash received changes too.
Ask for both agreements and a written dollar breakdown. Do not assume every Texas short-term product has the same structure, that one city’s local requirements apply throughout the state, or that an advertised maximum is the amount available to you. The OCCC CAB materials are a starting point for identifying the structure; the individual contract supplies the actual terms. [TX01]
Ask the branch which identification, income evidence and account information it accepts, whether the request can be started online, and whether a title-backed product would require a vehicle or title documentation. Do not submit sensitive information through an unverified text message merely to reserve a place in a queue.
A store can be open without being able to complete verification or release funds before your deadline. Separate request acceptance, credit review, release and receipt. An online request sent through a matching service may go to another business; a storefront page does not describe that data route by itself. [F04] [F05]
A payment date close to payday does not prove affordability. Enter confirmed income, essential spending, existing obligations and a reserve into the affordability worksheet. Then insert every payment due before the next income event, including CAB and lender obligations where separate.
For example, $620 available after essential costs would leave $136 after the illustrative $484 payment. If an additional $180 bill falls due before more income arrives, the plan is short by $44. A lower advertised installment does not resolve the gap unless its full schedule and total cost also fit. [F01] [F02]
Calling, reading terms or loading directions does not obligate you to accept a transaction. Keep copies of the legal names, fee breakdown and payment dates while comparing alternatives. If the repayment plan depends on renewing the borrowing, ask what the renewal would cost and examine a non-loan payment arrangement before proceeding.
For an existing debt, contact the creditor or servicer on your agreement rather than an unrelated branch. If someone demands an upfront payment to guarantee a loan, treat that demand as a warning sign rather than proof that a faster service is available. [F09] [F10]
No. The cards retain their published municipalities: Fort Worth and Grand Prairie. Neither is represented as a Dallas-city store.
Not necessarily. The Texas CAB model can involve a third-party creditor. Identify each legal party and its charges in the agreements.
No. It is arithmetic using hypothetical charges. The provider’s written offer, product and applicable rules determine actual terms.
